Red Jacket Rewards Trip

28 Year 13 students have just returned from a weekend away at Stubbers Adventure Centre in Essex. This trip was organised and paid for by the school to thank them and show our appreciation for all their hard work, particularly in the past year. These students spent all last year participating in the ‘Red Jacket Volunteering Scheme’ which meant they gave up their own time to assist in duties and organising events for example the Community Christmas Lunch. During their weekend at Stubbers, they participated in team building and outdoor adventurous activities such as laser tag and high ropes. It was an absolute pleasure for Miss McNeil and I to spend our weekend away with such a lovely group of young people who represented Kingsbury in a way we would all be proud of. On behalf of Kingsbury High school, we thank them for all their efforts and for being fantastic role models and representatives of our school.
