Year 13 Residential Trip To University of Cambridge

Ten top Year 13s spent two days at Jesus College, University of Cambridge, getting key advice from Admissions Tutors about how to tackle the new entrance tests and getting through the interview process. Each student received 1-2-1 intensive feedback on their personal statement. All ten stayed in student accommodation at the College and dined in the ornate hall that dates back over 600 years when the college started life as a nunnery.

Head Girl, Sara Dehvari commented, “I was initially anxious about applying to Cambridge. However, the trip was tremendously motivating. I received invaluable feedback on my personal statement from experienced admissions tutors as well as admission tests and interview support. The residential aspect of the trip also offered insight into life as an undergraduate student. I now feel more confident in my desire to study History at a highly competitive university.”

Good luck with all your applications, everyone!
