“Taking people away from technology, bringing people together”

This year’s KHS students taking part in Young Enterprise have created a product that reflects on modern society and their obsession of technology. They are challenging players to come together and play traditional games with traditional values, spending quality times together whilst playing ‘I meme it’
‘’Our company, Umbuso recognises a clear problem with people and their obsessive use of technology. Therefore, we created a fun, young and unique card game.
It is called I MEME IT. ‘’
The team’s success story started back in September, so far the group have won the Gold Award at the Young Enterprise Harrow and Brent Interim as well as the Most Innovative Product at the Young Enterprise Wembley LDO Trade Fair. The team will be representing the school at the West London final against the other winners and runners up of the competition! We at KHS are continuing to support the students to develop this success story. To show your support please visit their website http://www.imeme.it/home.html for their full story.

The game can be purchased at http://bit.ly/Imemeitebay or from the school. The student have managed to raise £600 so far. Mr Mansour who led the project with Mr Lewis said: “the process has been a rewarding challenge for all the students, and they have learnt some fantastic skills along the way, not least dealing with setbacks and ego. Our students have also been amazing ambassadors for the school at all the trade fairs and finals. We couldn’t be prouder of them!”
